TERMS AND CONDITIONS

N95 masking is required for in person sessions, and the studio is up 1.5 flights of steep stairs. Masks are available by entryway in case you forget yours.

In the event that you can’t make your appointment, you are expected to cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment you’ll automatically receive a full refund minus the 3% transaction fee charged by stripe. If you cancel after that period, you will not receive a refund. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, since we will not have enough time to complete the appointment in that case. Obviously things happen, so if you can’t make your appointment because of an emergency, email me ASAP and we can figure something out. If you are sick, please do not come in! Email me and you can reschedule without any penalty, even after the 24 hour cutoff.
